English Community
In July 1999, under the initiatives of Fr. Luis, PIME and Fr. Eugene, CICM the English Community began celebrating the Holy Eucharist in English, welcoming migrants to participate in church activities. Over time, the community grew and is now known as the venue for Christ worship for the English-speaking community in Tsing Yi and other parts of Hong Kong. There is also a close relationship with the Chinese community, with some church activities being conducted together.
